Theodore

Hybrid Information
Theodore is a cat hybrid and he was born that way. He has the ability to let both his ears and tail pop out whenever he wants to. If he is feeling very strong emotions, the tail and ears might make an appearance without his permission. His human ears stay when the cat ears pop out. His ears are almost the same shade of brown as his hair, though a tiny bit darker, making it easy for them to blend into his hair. His tail is long and fluffy and it has a tendency to pick up any stray leaves on the ground next to him if he lets it swish across the ground.
Whenever Theo is feeling very content, he will make a sound that resembles a purr, coming from deep within his chest.
He does not have the ability to shift into a cat form fully, or at least he has never mastered it.
Because of the way his parents raised him, Theodore mostly keeps his feline features hidden away. If he is alone, he will most often have the ears and tail out.
He shares other quirks with the actual species. He loves napping and hates being outside in the rain.In the ABO verse, Theo would either be a beta or an omega.
Background Information
Mason came from a big family. His parents were always working, trying to provide for their 7 children. His parents loved them in their own way. Wanting the best lives for their children, they discouraged them from letting their feline features show, teaching their kids to hide them away and scolding them whenever they heard a purr or saw a tail.
When he was 8 years old, his parents sat him down and calmly told him that they had found someone else who could give him a better home. Mason didn't understand why his parents were abandoning him, and he was still crying when he was picked up.
Mason was adopted by an older man, called Wilhelm, who had lost his wife. He gave Mason a new name, Theodore, and though it took him a while to get used to, he never uses his old name anymore.Theodore's life changed drastically from there on out. He was spoiled, read to, raised and cared for like he was the man's son. Many years were spent in luxury but unfortunately Wilhelm fell ill and his health declined rather rapidly. Theodore did his best to take care of him, reading to him and cooking for him the same way Wilhelm had done for him. About a month passed before Wilhelm did as well. For the first time in his 25 years of living, Thedore was alone.
The bank foreclosed on the house and Theodore was forced onto the streets with nothing but his backpack and a few personal items.

Personality
Theodore isn't used to being on his own. Due to the way he was raised, he doesn't really have a handle on real life skills. He knows how to cook, but stuff like money management, properties and interacting with the right kind of people is not something he was ever taught.
After losing Wilhelm, he is very angry at the world for taking the only person he has ever loved from him. He comes across as a little fiesty and angry but that's only to hide how insecure and scared he is. Under the surface, he's a very sweet and caring person who just wants to be loved. He wants to find a nice place to live and someone who will love him, maybe even read to him like he was used to. Theodore is very big on luxury. He is used to delicious food, soft beds, and aesthetic surroundings.
